- Implement and enforce all EMDAD Group policies and directives relating to health and safety and continuously improve our standards throughout all the business units.
- Take a proactive approach to managing safety across the business.
- Undertake proactive hazard identification and risk assessment planning throughout all business units to eliminate or minimize risk.
- Thoroughly and promptly investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and report and take necessary corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure all employees have a comprehensive understanding of safety in our workplace through regular written and physical communication from induction to briefings and on/off job training and development.
